Aussie stars compete for 'X Factor' job

Celebrities such as Packed to the Rafters actor Hugh Sheridan, Home and Away's Axle Whitehead and MTV star Darren McMullen are among those battling it out to host the new talent competition.
According to the Herald Sun, former Neighbours actor Daniel MacPherson was favourite to fill the role but is unable to commit because he is currently anchoring Dancing With The Stars.
The judges of the reality TV show are believed to be singers Natalie Imbruglia, Ronan Keating and Guy Sebastian, together with radio DJ and former Australian Idol judge Kyle Sandilands.
