Three Wishez blame female fans for Aussie 'X Factor' elimination

Sophia, the only female member of the three-person band which left the Australian version of the reality television show earlier this week, said that teenage girls were too busy voting for "sexier" male singers like Johnny Ruffo and Reece Mastin.
Sophia told the Herald Sun: "Most of the girls in the competition got kicked out early, probably for that reason. Next year I hope the girls will support the women in the competition."
However, the 21-year-old added that she and her bandmates "weren't expecting to make it so far" in the competition.
Shortly after mentor Ronan Keating said that he was "devastated" about Three Wishez's elimination, Sophia said: "We're so lucky to be in the top four and I'm so proud of us to get this far," while bandmate Joseph added: "This isn't the end for us, it's just the beginning."
The final three contestants for The X Factor 2011 are Natalie Bassingthwaighte's act Andrew Wishart, plus Ruffo and Mastin, who are both mentored by Guy Sebastian. Mel B's last remaining act Christina Parie was eliminated last week.
