The 22-year-old former Home and Away actor, who used to play Geoff Campbell in the Australian soap, split from So You Think You Can Dance star Kat Risteska in March this year.
19-year-old actress Fish, who currently plays April Scott in the show, told Pop Sugar magazine of Lewis: "He's pretty amazing and I'm very lucky that he's a part of my life right now."
Lewis recently starred in Australian action film Tomorrow When the War Began.
