Coulter has been teamed up with confirmed judge Seal on The Voice, while Savage Garden frontman Darren Hayes has agreed to mentor alongside judge Delta Goodrem.
Benji Madden will be flying to Sydney to join forces with his twin brother Joel, while Megan Washington will mentor Keith Urban's contestants.
Coulter told The Daily Telegraph: "I have friends who have sung in my band and have now auditioned for the show - so they are going to get the shock of their lives."
She said that she hasn't met Seal, but added that "he wanted someone who knows everything there is about the market here" and she knows the industry well because she has been in it for eight years.
Hayes said that other music reality shows "disappoint" him, because he believes the contestants "have this assumption that fame will make them instantly rich and there's no guarantee of that".
