La Toya and Mutya have been practising their performance of 'Heart and Soul' on a giant piano for their challenge in the toy task.
Still dressed as a toy soldier and rag-doll respectively, the pair have to play the piece with their feet without any errors to succeed.
Both had expressed concerns that they would be unable to perform a second tune and discussed how they "bartered" with Big Brother to allow them to perfect just the single piece.
The duo have spent much of the day rehearsing in a special music room, with La Toya tapping out the bass notes and Mutya playing the lead in an imitation of a scene in the Tom Hanks' film Big.
"That was good," La Toya said, after one run-through.
"Getting better," Mutya replied, "but my ankle's hurting".
