Freddie has been celebrating his 24th birthday with a hippy-themed task.
The Oxford graduate was called into the Diary Room this morning and told: "Halfwit, Big Brother would like to wish you many happy returns of the day."
Freddie replied: "Thank you very much. I am 24 today."
Big Brother continued: "Halfwit, not only is it your birthday, but it is also the Summer Solstice."
Freddie was advised that there would be a combined celebration for the two events.
Big Brother explained: "The Summer Solstice is often associated with hippies and their ethos of free love and so Big Brother would like to make today a very hippy birthday for you."
"Aw, that sounds brilliant," Freddie smiled, clapping his hands.
Big Brother revealed that if the housemates stayed in hippy costume all day, they would win a shopping token.
About 20 minutes later, the dressing-up gear arrived.
"This is the best day in the history of great days," Siavash announced.
Lisa was slightly dubious about the theme. "It's a bit girly though, isn't it?" she complained.
Freddie was more enthusiastic. "It's so eclectic," he grinned.
