David has cried because Bea has told every other housemate that he is a bully.
Earlier today Bea and David had an argument over some butter. An increasingly hysterical Bea then went around to every housemate to tell them that she thought David was a bully.
David and Lisa sat in the garden to discuss the morning's disagreement, and David surmised that Bea's emotional reaction was all an act.
"She's playing a game, isn't she?," he said.
"I've been watching for days. She's playing it, isn't she?" said Lisa.
David then turned to the fact that Bea had tried to involve other housemates in the argument.
"She tried to bring Sophie into it," he said.
At this, Sophie looked up from exercising and asked: "She brought me into it?"
When David clarified that Bea had said that Sophie had agreed with Bea that he had been snappy for the last few days, Sophie said that she didn't think that he was a bully.
Sophie's exercise partner Hira then offered her support.
"You've been so nice to me, so good to me. I'll never agree with that," she said. "I love him. I can never buy into that. He's been so kind and generous and polite to me, I'll never use that word for David."
At this, David began to cry, prompting Sophie to console him.
"It's not nice to be accused," he wept. "She's telling everyone."
Sophie then said that while Bea is telling everyone, not everyone is believing it. Hira agreed, suggesting that housemates should not believe anything in the house unless it had actually happened to them personally.
