Rebecca frees Luke from jail

Bex freed Luke from jail this afternoon, winning him back his right to nominate.

Luke spent most of the early afternoon behind bars for talking about nominations and his name was not called when Big Brother summoned the housemates to cast their votes.

But when it came to Bex's turn in the Diary Room, she asked Big Brother if Luke would be allowed to nominate if they used the 'Get Out Of Jail Free' card.

When Big Brother confirmed that he would, she ran out of the Diary Room, shouting: "Where is it? Where is it?"

Despite protests from Mohamed and Rex, who were denied bail by the group when they were locked up last week, the rest of the housemates agreed that the card should be used.

"Making nominations is part of the experience," Jennifer said.

Luke was released from jail shortly afterwards and planted a kiss on Rebecca's cheek for releasing him. He cast his vote after Stuart, who comes last alphabetically, had returned from the Diary Room.

Talking about Rex and Mohamed, Bex said: "They're grumpy with me because I've used up the card."
