  • Kathreya spoke to Sara about her body hang-ups this morning. The Thai housemate, who is due to marry later this year, complained that she feels "fat" and would like to drop some pounds before her big day. "I don't look at you and think of you as fat at all," Sara reassured her. When Kat revealed that she wears a size 14-16 dress, Sara pointed out that this is the average size in the UK. Kat also said she does not believe she is pretty. "I think you're cute and you're funky as well," Sara told her.

  • After yet another argument with Rex, Nicole turned to Lisa for some support. She asked the 40-year-old if she had argued with boyfriend Mario during their time in the house together. "We had a few little niggles," Lisa told her. She explained that Mario had not liked it when she got involved in "mucky" conversations in the house and also got annoyed when she took on too many chores. "We had a bit of a disagreement about the wedding task, too," she reassured her.

  • Sara told Mo and Kat that the bond they had formed in the Big Brother house was "special". She said contestants on other shows had nothing compared to the lucky housemates. "This is the best thing I have ever done in my life," she concluded.

  • Head of House Rex was told today to make sure he remained awake at all times. Big Brother made the announcement as he dozed on the living room sofa. Rex said he was tired and needed sleep, but Nicole warned that he could be stripped of his title should he fail to comply with the demand.

  • The real identity of Kat's Prince Charming remained a mystery to housemates today. Mo raised the issue by saying that no-one, apart from Rachel, knows her partner’s real name. Darnell said he knew it was written on Kat’s letter, although he said his sight meant it was just a blur and so is still unknown to him. Both Rachel and Kat remained tight-lipped throughout the conversation.

  • Stress and the aging process were discussed by some of the group this evening as they sat in the living area. The issue was raised after Lisa revealed she was recently asked for ID to prove she could buy alcohol. "I've had times that have been that stressful that I've looked really old and haggard," she told the group, adding that the skin could rejuvenate if looked after. Regular binge drinking was one habit which she said would take its toll on the skin and prove difficult to reverse. Kat was told she had young skin, while the group agreed that Sara looked fresh and doll-like. Lisa said she has porcelain skin, adding that she thought the Aussie PA was a model when she entered the house.
