Freddie has offered his opinion on why Marcus and Sree do not appear to get on.
After an argument with Sree over the shopping list, Marcus was called to the Diary Room to calm down.
Meanwhile, Freddie mused over why the pair always get into fights.
He stated: "Marcus is not generally an aggressive person, but he does have this very strong view that there are good people and bad people in the world."
The Oxford graduate continued: "If you fall into the bad person category in Marcus's world, then he won't be so polite to you and he won't be respectful to you. To Marcus's credit, he doesn't draw the line arbitrarily - it's not just people he likes and dislikes, it's according to his moral standards."
He went on to say that he did not agree with Marcus's view of the world.
"I think there are shades of grey. The more you understand people, the harder it is to make judgements. To know all is to forgive all," he added.
