George opens up to Nikki about his ex

An emotional George has opened up to Nikki about breaking up with his long-term girlfriend.

Having indulged in a few glasses of wine, George was happy to speak candidly about the split, which he described as mutual.

"We both discussed it and said 'this is the most sensible route, but we don't want to'," he recalled. "If you love someone, you want the best for them - and that's why I did it. Because I loved her so much, I was so happy to smash up my heart for her.

"It was the most difficult thing.. imagine being able to kiss someone, cuddle them for a year and a half, and then it's gone."
