It's almost that time again. Just eight days now remain until a new bunch of hopefuls enter the most famous house in Britain for a chance at winning stardom, public adoration and loads of cash. Kiss your summer goodbye: Big Brother is back.
As usual the house has been given a complete makeover since we last saw it - and this time Big Brother is mixing things up. The theme is "modernistic sur-reality" and nothing is where it should be.

Nowhere is private for the housemates, with tens of cameras capturing their every move.

In homage to Brit art bad boy Damien Hirst, Big Brother has suspended a split rubber chicken in clear boxes.

One half of the living area is raspberry pink, floor to ceiling, and the other half is baby blue.

Tea and toast will be a luxury the housemates may have to live without as the kettle and toaster are locked away in a see-through box. Only Big Brother decides when they get access.

Where's the bath? And where will the housemates eat? Click on to page two to find out...
