A conversation in which Chanelle said she wanted to marry a wealthy sportsman and live as a “lady of leisure” sparked a dinner table debate as to whether she went into the house just to become a WAG.
Accusations that she was copying Victoria Beckham also arose, though she denied joining the house for that reason. If that were the case, she argued, she could just go to a football match and talk her way into meeting a footballer. She went on to explain that the man she wants “doesn’t even have to be a footballer".
"I just like the physique of a sportsman,” she added.
Emily joined in, saying: “At the end of the day to each their own”.
