Gerry struggled to explain his lie detector responses to the rest of the house this evening.
In the bedroom, Gerry sulked and tried to explain that he didn't think he was "superior" to the rest of the housemates like Big Brother claimed he did. He told Kara-Louise: "I do think I'm smarter... When they asked me about being superior I said 'no', and I categorically said 'no'."
Explaining why he said he'd betray another housemate for money, he revealed: "I'm all alone, I owe money and I don't have a house... I don't see how I'd be stealing the money, it was never there, it was a hypothetical question."
Ziggy listened from across the room and agreed, saying: "There are a few people in here who'd say 'Oh no I wouldn't' but they would... I don't think it's wrong. I don't think it's wrong at all."
Gerry, however, complained that he was only allowed to answer 'yes' or 'no' to the question and said that his real answer would depend on the circumstances. He told the group: "If it were in front of me I would take it... If it were someone else's, like Liam's, then I would not take it."
