Celebrity Big Brother 4 housemate Dennis Rodman is being investigated by police over claims he slapped a waitress' bottom.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department is probing the incident, which allegedly took place at a bar near the former basketball star's home in Laguna Beach, LA.
A source said Rodman smacked the woman so hard that he left a "major mark" on her rear.
A police spokesperson told TMZ.com: "Officers did respond to an incident involving a man and a woman. A police report was taken, and is currently with the sex crime unit of the Sheriff's department."
