As he set the alarm off by falling asleep in the garden, Dale commented that he is the first to rouse other housemates who sleep during the day.
"The guy’s a hypocrite," said Luke, pondering why the public would want to watch a man who sleeps so much.
Stuart suggested that Jen had left because young girls would vote her out, but said he would have expected Rex's comments about Rebecca to have had an effect.
"Weight’s a massive thing to a young girl," he said. "Every girl I know would hate it. It can’t be being shown."
Dale suggested that Rex survived because Jen was specifically disliked: "He was hated less [than Jen]," he supposed. "Not liked more."
However, Bex said that Rex was playing up to his nasty persona, telling him: "People are actually liking you on the outside because you’re being mean to people. That’s why you’re still in here. People are obviously finding it quite funny."
Rex told Kat that she should adopt his nastiness to avoid the public vote. "You already did that," she told him. "I can't copy you."
