  • Sara volunteered to ask for some earplugs so the group could sleep through Belinda’s snoring, despite Mikey’s protests that they could cause brain haemorrhages. Lisa offered Bex a pair from a set she brought in with her, but Big Brother insisted that they hand all their earplugs over. "They want to cause arguments," suggested Bex, but Dale laughed off the idea that producers would put a "chronic snorer" into the house just to wind the group up.


  • As Sara and Mohamed headed out to the ashtray, the group mentioned a lack of sun in the garden. Nevertheless, Mo picked up his sunglasses, prompting Rex to joke: "Are you gonna impress her with your sunglasses, Mo?" As he replaced the shades, he said: "You pick up on anything I do. If you hadn't said anything I'd have been wearing those sunglasses." "What?" mocked Rex. "To shade yourself from no sun?"


  • Bex and Luke laughed at the new housemates’ attempts to name the cameras, saying that the opportunity to distribute names had fallen to the original group in their first month. "That’s R2D2," said Luke, pointing at a camera in the bathroom. "Not Betty, or whatever Belinda wants to call it."


  • Mario thinks Maysoon looks like Shilpa Shetty. Lisa, Luke and Mario were chatting in the bathroom when Lisa said she likes Maysoon because she's "lovely, perfect". Luke tells them that Maysoon is "quite a big deal" as she's done a Lynx advert.


  • Luke and Bex spent most of the evening moaning about Belinda's snoring. The pair went to bed early in order to get some sleep before Belinda turned in.


  • Mikey had a laughing fit at the dinner table after Sara complimented him on the meal he had made and it led to Rex telling her about his three restaurants. As Mikey laughed, Bex and Luke started to laugh at Mikey, who was crying tears of laughter while tucking into his shepherd's pie.
