  • Darnell warned Maysoon not to take a "role" in the house, as people will be able to complain about her. "You can't disagree or get mad at someone who ain't doing anything," he explained. "If you don't have responsibility, no-one can take a shot at you." He added that in the first two weeks he was "chilled", but now that he is more involved he is always worried he will be going home. "People will say anything," he warned.


  • The housemates thought something was going on when they were locked in for the nomination announcement. They argued that someone might be getting evicted there and then. As Luke worried, Mohamed told him: "At least you're wearing a suit. I'm wearing spandex!"


  • Rex admitted to Sara and Maysoon tonight that he believes Mario will be evicted this week. He was responding to a question from Maysoon about who he thought the public would oust. Rex said too many single girls had been evicted, adding that the public would not get rid of one of the funniest people in the house. He then recalled how Bex had pranced around naked and allowed housemates to cover her in suntan lotion. Both Sara and Maysoon said they liked Mario and Bex, prompting Rex to reveal that he thinks Mario has recently changed for the worse.


  • The housemates were starting to get blisters on their feet from dancing in the uncomfortable shoes that Big Brother had provided. Lisa took hers off and declared: "I've got a blister the size of a 50 pence piece here!" Rachel went to the Diary Room to collect plasters from Big Brother for the group.


  • Bex thought she heard people screaming outside the house tonight but as the group was locked out of the garden, she tried to scream through the doors. Kat said she definitely heard someone shouting. Stu said it was too late for an eviction and it couldn't be a crowd.


  • Darnell pointed out that the only place in the Big Brother house that smells is B-Block. He said the bedroom stunk like a sewer tonight and wondered if the smell was purposefully planned by Big Brother. "It can't be a coincidence," he said, adding: "It stinks unreal, dude." Dale was urged to check its pungency, describing it as "proper like rubbery egg".


  • Rex told Mohamed in the garden tonight that he hopes Big Brother airs clips in which he talks about his love for his girlfriend. He said it felt strange to think that she could be watching his every move, while he knows nothing about what she is doing. He told Mohamed that she loves him and said that everything will be fine if he behaves in the house. Mohamed reassured the love-sick housemate that Big Brother would more than likely air some of his declarations of love.


  • Mario branded Belinda a fraudster after stating that the artistic director could neither sing nor play instruments. "You give people enough rope and they will hang themselves, and that is exactly what she is doing," he told Lisa, Sara and Maysoon. Lisa added that the 44-year-old always attempted to put words in people's mouths.
