Rex: "My heart is homeless"

Rex was angry and upset that he hadn't been evicted tonight.

At first, he appeared annoyed that he was still in the house, exclaiming that he was "not happy".

Rachel said she felt guilty that she wanted him to stay, to which he replied: "You should realise when I say I want to go, I want to fucking go."

The chef went on to complain about life in the house. "The whole show from start to finish is punishment," he said. "It's not a luxury lifestyle. It's just lots of shit."

Rachel pointed that he had made friends and taken part in tasks, but Rex described the challenges as "rubbish".

Later, he became more subdued as he admitted that the reason he wanted to go was to see his girlfriend, friends and family.

"I can deal with being hated," he confessed. "What I can't deal with is being without my loved ones."

Looking close to tears, he added: "I long to be loved again. It's like being homeless. My heart is homeless. I feel almost empty inside."
