After the two groups had settled into their respective sides of the house, Bex jokingly asked Mohamed if he had been using her toothbrush to clean his new digs.
"I did not clean with your toothbrush - I just picked it up," he said.
New Head of House Dale then stepped in, saying: "She's not accusing you of anything. She's smiling, she's laughing. She's only messing."
He went on to say that people in the house need to "calm down".
When Mohamed advised him to keep out of the discussion, he said: "Oh, just talk to yourself, Mo."
"Shut the fuck up," was Mohamed's immediate response.
Dale ignored Rex's suggestion that he "jump over" the barrier and retreated to the garden.
He later told Luke: "I'm not speaking to Mo again. There's no point speaking to him because I don't like him. It's pointless."
