The 32-year-old Indian actress, who is in the US to promote her forthcoming film Hissss, was the inspiration for the Mallika’s milkshake at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood.
The shake contains raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries, blended with chocolate sauce and rich cream, reports Bollyspice.
Other celebrities to have a milkshake named in their honour include David and Victoria Beckham, Miley Cyrus and Paris Hilton.
Hissss, a modern take on snake woman Naagin, co-stars Indian actor Irrfan Khan.
Jennifer Lynch, the daughter of four-time Oscar winner David Lynch, is directing the film.
