The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant has not confirmed or denied the reports.
Shetty's romance with financier Kundra has been the subject of controversy after his ex-wife Kavita, with whom he has a son, accused the star of breaking up her family.
Shetty told the Daily Mail: "I was really upset by what she said. She knew very well that I didn't even know her husband when she walked out on him."
