Other Bollywood stars to visit the polling booths in Maharashtra included Karan Johar, Sonali Bendre, Sonam Kapoor, Rahul Bose and Paresh Rawal.
Aamir Khan urged the public to fulfil their civic "duty to come out and vote".
Fellow actor Abraham added: "People enjoy their holiday but people also know their responsibility that you should also come out and cast your vote. Because we live in a democracy where we have been give the power to choose the good. If we don’t vote, we don’t have the right to complain."
Polling is being held in 10 constituencies across Mumbai, with a further four parliamentary seats being contested in the neighbouring Thane district.
