Madhu Mantena has been given the all-clear after being quarantined over fears that he had contracted swine flu.
The Ghajini producer was held at Mumbai International Airport before tests showed that he was suffering from ordinary flu.
Speaking to IANS, Mantena said: "Unfortunately, given the current swine flu scenario the common cold is not considered common any more. For a while I continued to function normally. But then the cold grew into headaches and a fever."
Mantena was travelling back from London where he had been working on Abbas Tyrewala's 1-800-Love.
The producer recently signed Jiah Khan to a three-film deal after the actress was controversially ousted from Ken Ghosh's Yahoo.
