Anil Kapoor stars alongside Dev Patel in the clip, set on the stage of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, reports The Sun.
Kapoor's character, the quiz show's host Prem Kumar, is seen advising Patel's Jamal to take the money and run, reminding him "you're from the Jehu slum".
Prem then delivers a monologue about his experience of poverty before he found fame.
Slumdog Millionaire took more than $200 million (£140 million) at the worldwide box office and picked up eight Academy Awards.
