Khan, who starred in Slumdog Millionaire, recently featured on the cover of an Indian issue of GQ.
Previous winners of the prestigious award include the likes of Barack Obama, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Clinton, Michael Caine, Rio Ferdinand and Gordon Ramsay.
Khan is currently shooting Paan Singh Tomar. He has also agreed to appear in Ang Lee's adaptation of Yann Martel’s Booker prize-winning novel Life Of Pi.
