Ahuja, who was arrested after being accused of rape by his maid on June 14, will remain in Arthur Road Jail while his case is fast-tracked.
Earlier this week, police confirmed that DNA test reports showed the actor had sexual intercourse with the teenage maid.
Ahuja, who recently wrapped up shooting Har Pall opposite Preity Zinta, faces a minimum seven-year jail sentence if convicted.
