Court allows 'Short Kut' release

Kapoor agreed to pay Rs 3.5m (£44,000) to B.S. Bhullar, who claimed that he had registered the title Short Kut in September 2005.
Bhullar argued that the new film infringed his copyright in an "illegal and unauthorised" manner.
Short Kut, which is released today, stars Akshaye Khanna, Arshad Warsi and Amrita Rao.
