The Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na star claimed that he built a strong rapport with Kapoor during a television appearance.
When asked whether he would like to share the screen with Rai Bachchan, a former Miss World, Khan said: "No. I'm most keen to work with Kareena. Both of us shot for a chatshow last week and I had great fun."
Khan is currently promoting his next release, Soham Shah's Luck, which is out on July 24.
The film marks the Bollywood debut of Shruti Haasan and features appearances from Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty and Ravi Kissen.
