Sen, who is best known for her role in 2004 hit Main Hoon Na, will feature in her second English-language movie if she signs up to the project.
The as-yet-untitled film, which has been likened to the Bourne series, is expected to shoot in India and other international locations.
Sen was last seen alongside Naomi Campbell and Randeep Hooda in Karma, Confessions And Holi, which flopped at the box office.
