Ahuja, who denies raping his maid, was presented before Andheri Metropolitan Magistrates, where the judge decided to extend his custody for a fourth time.
The actor has been held at Arthur Road jail since he was arrested on June 15 after the maid registered a complaint of sexual assault to local police.
The 36-year-old recently wrapped up shooting Har Pall opposite Preity Zinta.
