McMullan compares Mallika to Monroe

Top Hollywood photographer Patrick McMullan has compared Mallika Sherawat to Marilyn Monroe.

McMullan is known for his documenting of Los Angeles nightlife. His work has appeared regularly in high fashion magazines such as Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.

According to The Times of India, the photographer invited Sherawat as his special guest to his recent Fashion Night Out party and introduced her to other attendees as "the Marilyn Monroe of Bollywood".

It is rumoured that he also asked her whether she had ever been called "the kissing queen of Bollywood".

Sherawat has reportedly become a fixture on the Hollywood scene since moving to the US to appear in Jennifer Lynch's Hisss.

The Ugly Aur Pagli actress had a milkshake on the menu of a famous LA eaterie named after her earlier in the year.
