'Harishchandra' receives Oscars nod

Marathi film Harishchandra Factory has been put forward as India's official entry for the Oscars.
Paresh Mokashi's directorial debut, which stars Nandu Madhav and Vibhavari Dixit Deshpande, will be in contention for the best foreign language film award.
The 40-year-old told IANS: "I will start campaigning for my film for the Oscars from next month. Aamir Khan, Ashutosh Gowariker and Shwaas director Sandeep Sawant will help me in the promotion as they are experienced hands."
Harishchandra Factory, which is scheduled to be released in India later this year, tells the story of the making of India's first full length feature film in 1913.
