The gambling thriller, which is directed by Leena Yadav, sees Bachchan lock horns with Gandhi star Sir Ben Kingsley.
Yadav told NDTV that the film "revolves around greed, deception and giant feats of imagination".
Teen Patti, which also features R Madhavan and Raima Sen, will be released on February 12 next year.
