The action comedy about a stuntman was filmed in Italy, India and Los Angeles, where the world-famous Kodak Theatre was used as a location.
Director Sabbir Khan said: "I am very happy Kambakkht Ishq is continuing to bag laurels even months after its release, that the effort put in to exploit a location authentically and grandiosely has been appreciated and awarded.
"It was indeed an overwhelming experience collecting this award in front of many industry stalwarts."
