The actress said that Kurbaan is similar to English pictures because it tackles a number of tough issues.
"Kurbaan is a very different kind of film, it is more like an English movie. As far as the issue of tagline is concerned, I can say that it is because the film contains lot of intensity and emotions, it has grit," Kapoor told New Karala.
Kurbaan is a romantic thriller that depicts the impact that the September 11 attacks have had on the daily lives of Muslims in the US.
The movie, which also stars Saif Ali Khan, Dia Mirza, Kiron Kher and Vivek Oberoi, is due for release on November 27.
