The actress was able to use a recent Indian High Court ruling which allows individuals to adopt two girls in succession.
She told Mumbai Mirror: "I am feeling on top of the world. I have named her Alisah, which in Greek means joyful. She is a very happy child. She will win you over in one minute.”
On whether she wanted a sister for nine-year old Renee, Sen said: "Of course. But you know what, I wanted to be a mother all over again. Motherhood is very special."
The former Miss India famously claimed that her first daughter was biologically her own, despite choosing to remain single.
