Soha Ali Khan: 'Showbiz wasn't my aim'

The actress, whose mother Sharmila Tagore and brother Saif Ali Khan are also both well known in the industry, said that she tried to resist the lure of the silver screen by pursuing other careers but claimed that her instincts for acting were too strong.
"Taking up acting was never my aim and I have tried very hard not to be an actor," Khan told Indian Express.
"I took up other professions like banking, but then there was a wish to become a part of the entertainment industry somehow," Soha told Indian Express.
The star made her film debut in Dil Maange More and has gone on to form an illustrious career featuring several hits including Rang De Basanti and Mumbai Meri Jaan.
