The actress and the wife of the former British Prime Minister are both members of the Loomba trust, which works to help widows across the globe.
The pair celebrated Lohri together at a five-star hotel to raise awareness of their cause, reports New Delhi News.
"Well I certainly enjoyed the festival very much this evening," Blair, who is president of Loomba, is quoted as saying.
"The fire is very welcomed but I think that is the spirit of Lohri. It's about return of the seasons and the hope of better weather to come."
Loomba global brand ambassador Zinta said: "We are here to raise awareness; we are here to raise money tonight especially.
"Of course we are celebrating Lohri also but to raise money for this trust so that it can help widows all over India and all over the world."
