Priyanka Chopra 'dropped from Italian Job'

Priyanka Chopra has reportedly been fired from her role in Abbas Mustan's Hindi remake of The Italian Job

According to New Kerala, the actress was dropped from the film because Abhishek Bachchan, who is also starring in the movie, was appalled by her decision to pull out of Rohan Sippy's latest venture because she didn't think her co-sta rs were famous enough.

Reports suggest that Sippy spoke with Bachchan about Chopra's rejection shortly before she was ousted from the cast of The Italian Job.

However, Chopra's manager insisted that the star has not even seen Sippy's script so cannot have opted out of it.

Preity Zinta has been tipped to replace Chopra in The Italian Job, which also stars Bachchan, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kunal Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna and Katrina Kaif.
