Sherawat likes working with 'Avatar' star

Mallika Sherawat has said that she feels very lucky to be appearing alongside Avatar star Laz Alonso in Love, Barack.

The actress, who plays devoted volunteer coordinator Aretha Gupta in the movie, claimed that Alonso is a brilliant actor.

"Laz Alonso is a talented and exciting actor," Sherawat told Mid Day.

"I'm very lucky to be working with him."

Directed by Doug McHenry, Love, Barack documents the lead-up to Barack Obama's election as president of the US.

The film also stars Ruby Dee, Gerry Bednob and Loretta Devine.
