According to Mid Day, the actor berated Shaan for repeatedly calling their co-star Jacqueline Fernandes 'Genelia'. Deshmukh is rumoured to be dating actress Genelia D'Souza.
Shaan allegedly told Deshmukh his slip-ups were due to the rumours but the actor said that he was not interested in hearing the singer's excuses.
