The filmmaker, 58, also slammed Kamaal R. Khan for accusing him of pilfering the name and said that Khan is just trying to cash in on Raajneeti's success.
"There is no problem with the title. We have it since the last nine years. We'll soon come out of it and everyone will see… it is just that someone is trying to cash in on our name," Jha told Real Bollywood.
He further revealed that Raajneeti, which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal and Ajay Devgn, is currently being scrutinised by the Indian film censorship board.
"There is a board category dispute going on whether a U or a U/A certificate is to be given to the film. There is a difference of opinion there for the voting of the category of the film," Jha added.
"It is a difficult film and it took time to make it, so it will take some time for them (censor board) too."
