Theft holds up Bazmee's 'Thank You'

Anees Bazmee has revealed that he found it difficult making Thank You because someone stole his bag on the first day of shooting.
The director, whose bag contained valuable documents, mobile phones and several expensive pairs of sunglasses, had to do without a lot of vital information during his month-long shoot in Vancouver, Canada.
"It happened on the very first day of our shooting. My bag with all the valuable documents, sunglasses, money and most importantly my phones including the BlackBerry were stolen," Bazmee told Mid Day.
"I lost my phone, so I was left without any phone numbers for a month. I was inaccessible to people back home for the entire schedule.
"What's worse, I lost seven of my most cherished and expensive sunglasses.
"Shocking, that this should happen in a progressive first-world country like Canada."
Bazmee suggested that he believes local Canadian crewmembers were responsible for the theft.
"I trust my own crew blindly," he added.
