The actor, who is filming Ready on the island, will be shooting in some outdoor locations so the movie's director Anees Bazmee and producer Bhushan Kumar decided to step up security measures.
"Yes we have upgraded his security. There was no point in taking chances. As soon as Bhushanji heard that Salmanbhai was shooting outdoors, we got his security upgraded. He's like family, so there was no issue in getting him the proper security," Ajay Kapoor, of production company T-Series, told Mid Day.
Praising Khan's dedication, Kapoor added: "He's come on time every single day and the shoot has been going on as per schedule."
