Raj Kundra is planning to sue Dhoom director Sanjay Gadhvi, according to Mid Day.
The gossip site claimed that the entrepreneur, who is married to actress Shilpa Shetty, wants to sue Gadhvi after he gave him money for a film that was never made.
Apparently Kundra gave Gadhvi 20 million rupees (£300,000) to help fund the movie but it never went ahead.
Reports have suggested that the Indian Film Company (IFC) is also suing Gadhvi after it gave him 50 million rupees (£705,000) to write a script for 7 Days In Paris but it was never completed.
Kundra has allegedly employed the law firm which is representing IFC to handle his case against Gadhvi.
