Vivek Oberoi and firm face legal fight

The actor may have to pay 48.6 million rupees (more than £660,000) in compensation if Mehta wins its case.
The company is claiming that Oberoi agreed to appear in a number of shows in the US and Canada in 2003 for 300,000 rupees (£4,000).
However, the star never performed the shows because he was allegedly ill.
Mehta said that it sent Oberoi various letters asking for the money back but they were ignored.
It also maintains that Oberoi failed to respond to legal notices sent in 2008 and 2009.
