Chopra was scared by Bhardwaj film

Priyanka Chopra has revealed that she felt nervous when Vishal Bhardwaj asked her to play the lead in Saat Khoon Maaf.

The 28-year-old actress said that she found the role challenging as she has to kill seven husbands in the movie.

"I was scared when he chose me to do the film. It's been a very difficult experience since I am portraying a wide age graph from a 25-year-old to a 65-year-old woman," Chopra told Mid Day.

"The film is a black comedy and Vishal's version of humour. It's a very incredible film and a challenge for me."

Chopra's husbands in the movie are played by stars including Naseeruddin Shah, Irrfan Khan, John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
