The forthcoming project, titled Bullet Train, is scheduled to begin filming on September 10 in locations across the UK, including London and Birmingham, Samparn reports.
The movie will see veteran actors Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgn joined by Sameera Reddy, Tusshar Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut. The versatile Boman Irani is also expected to feature as part of the project.
Priyardarshan is to reunite with producer Ratan Jain on the film, following collaborations on recent projects Garam Masala and De Dana Dan.
"We've had a longstanding equation with Priyadarshan over the years. All of the comedies we've worked on have done brilliantly at the box office. For our fifth project we wanted to take on a novel concept and that was how Bullet Train was born," said Jain.
It is unknown if Bullet Train is a remake of a South Indian release, as has been the case with a number of Priyadarshan films.
