Oberoi will join the group Black for a concert at the De Montfort Hall in Leicester, IANS reports.
The 34-year-old actor said in a statement: "I'm so excited to work with such talented musicians.
"I'm also looking forward to meeting everyone from England at this fantastic event."
The event is scheduled to take place at the end of September.
